GDPR Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Ivaron Construction Group Ltd handles personal information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it and how long we keep it.
Our approach
We require personal information to be used fairly, for a clear lawful purpose, and limited to what is needed. We aim to keep it accurate, restrict access to people who need it for their work, apply appropriate security measures and remove information when there is no longer a reason to retain it. Providers handling information for us must be subject to appropriate data-protection arrangements.
Making a rights request
You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restricted use or a portable copy where the relevant right applies. You can object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time. If a use relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Email info@ivarongroup.com, use our contact form, or write to: Privacy enquiries, Ivaron Construction Group Ltd, Ivaron House, Maidstone Road, Sutton Valence, Maidstone, Kent ME17 3LS. Tell us what you need and enough information to locate the relevant records. You do not need to use legal wording or this particular channel; you may also make a request through your usual Ivaron contact.
We respond without undue delay, normally within one calendar month. We may need proportionate identity checks or clarification. Where the law permits more time, including for complex or multiple requests, we will explain why and tell you the applicable deadline. Requests are normally free. If a legal exception limits what we can do, we will explain it and your options to challenge our response.
Privacy complaints
If you are concerned about how we have used or protected your information, use the contact form or address above and describe what happened and the outcome you would like. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, investigate appropriately, keep you informed and communicate the outcome without undue delay.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data-protection regulator. The ICO normally asks you to raise the issue with the organisation first.
Security concerns and changes
Please report suspected loss, disclosure or misuse of information promptly through the same contact details. We will assess the incident and take appropriate action, including notifying the regulator and affected people where the law requires. We review this policy when our services, processing or legal obligations change.
